Q1. I didn’t received my order within Royal Mail’s delivery aim?
Although this is not our fault that Royal Mail haven’t delivered within their aimed delivery time, we will refund your postage if you haven’t received your order in time. Please contact us via: firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number.
If you chose Free Shipping, we will not offer a refund for a late delivery.
Q2. I think my parcel is lost?
Royal Mail consider a parcel to be lost 10 working days after the delivery due date (including Saturdays). If you haven’t received received if after the 10th day, please contact us and we’ll issue a full refund to you promptly.
Q3. I have received an insufficient postage notice from Royal Mail?
We’re all human and even we make mistakes. If we have applied the wrong postage to your parcel we will issue your postage refund and any additional monies that are required/necessary for the error we have made.

Q4. My tracking reference doesn’t have any updates?
If you have selected the 2nd or 1st Class Signed for postage, you will only receive an update saying that item has been dispatched and then delivered/signed.
If you have selected a tracked service and can’t see any updates, please contact us and we’ll try chasing Royal Mail for an update. However we cannot guarantee a successful outcome of this.
